I recharged my mobile number [protected] by Rs 200 around 07:33PM on 04-Oct-2010. Rs200 deducted from my bank account but did not get the talk time. Please recharge Rs200 to my mobile number [protected] or refund the money back to my IDBI account. Order No.R[protected] (As per email communicated from from CCAvenue, rechargeitnow.com) Track Id: [protected] (Registered complain number on rechargeitnow.com website) subscriber id: [protected] amount: 200.00 date-time:[protected]:33PM status: failure Please do the needful ASAP as it is already 15 days from the date of complain. I had requested IDBI Bank for looking into this issue.
The issue was resolved with the help of IDBI Bank. Now, I confirm that the amount Rs200/- have been reversed to my account on 29/10/2010.
I am sorry to say that rechargeitnow.com lacks quality service.
