RechargeItNow.com — Amount not credited

Hi,

My name is Shinu and I had made a payment for my airtel digitalTV account ([protected]) via rechargeitnow.com website on Jan 6, 2012.

I didn’t receive an error message after the payment confirmation, and when I checked with the bank they confirmed that the payment has been debited from my bank (receipt copy attached).

However, my airtel digital tv account was deactivated the next day morning as the digitalTV team confirmed that they have not received the payment from you rechargeitnow team.

PLEASE DON"T USE RECHARGEITNOW.COM....They need to be thrown out of this market and google search engine itself. For the rest of the people to be safegaurded...

sir ,
this is to inform you that I recharged my mobile for Rs 125 from the site rechargeitnow.com on 7th may. The transaction was failed due to some reason. According to the policy the amount should have been reverted back to my account within 2-3 days. But nearly 1 month have passed and the amount is still not credited. I tried contacting the site 4-5 times but there was no response from there side. They are not even sending me a confirmation message about my transaction failure. Please help me out of this as it is causing a lot of inconvenience.

Regarding your query, please be informed that the reversal of your amount (Rs.350 & Order id-R[protected])has already been done on 06/01/2012.

It's request to you firstly recheck your bank account & after confirmation still amount is show debited from your account, kindly send your bank statement to us from the date of transaction to this month.

Regarding failed top up,

My 150 recharge to Idea no [protected] got failed on 27 Jan which i made it through SBI bank.

Money already it has been deducted, kindly rectify the problem.
