I am also a use of www.rechargeitnow.com, and I face similar kind of issue most of the time due to my unstable broadband connection. But they did refunded my money within 7 working days. I suggest, if you send you bank statement along with your complain, may be that could help.
Like I said, I am also a consumer, this is what I can suggest, to help you out. I hope, your problem gets fix as soon as possible.
