sir, i recharged my reliance GSM phone from rechargeitnow.com. the details are given below. the transaction failed and i got an email assuring me that the amount would be refunded within 2 working days. But that hasnt happened yet. And even after repeated emails from my side, there hasnt been any response nor the refund. Kindly look into the matter.
