I requested for a recharge of Rs.199/- for my Idea mobile [protected] on 15.10.2010 by debit of my ICICI Credit Card. The request was executed and I got the message 'Your account has been recharged successfully , topup requested for Rs.199 and talktime of Rs.0.05 (Paise Five only) credited to your account' In response to that I had put failed recharge so may times, the recent one being given below Hi Johnson G This is to confirm that we have received your 'escalation' request as per the following details- Track Id: [protected] Name: Johnson G Email: [protected]@gmail.com Mobile No/DTH Subscriber ID recharged: [protected] Date of transaction:[protected] Escalation Team at RechargeItNow.com will provide you a resolution as per process detailed below: 1.
