RechargeItNow.com — NOT giving full talktime as shown on website

Hello,

I recharged my airtel account online through rechargeitnow.com for Rs.100/- . On rechargeitnow.com site , it was showing as talktime of Rs.87/- will get on recharge of Rs.100/- . But when I received the balance , it was only Rs. 86/-. So it was not as per commitment and as the site is showing on the net. They are cheating wit customer.
