I have recharged my Sundirect DTH through netbanking, the amount was detucted from my account and a confirmation mail was recieved from ccavenue. But till today the recharge amount is not credited to my acount.plz help a. Mobile/VC number recharged = [protected] b. Name of the mobile/DTH operator = SUNDIRECT DTH c. Date and exact/ approximate time of recharge. = [protected]:09 PM d. Amount with which you recharged your mobile/DTH. = 300 e. Regarding your query, this is to inform you that the refund for your transaction (Rs.300 & Order id-R[protected]) has been processed from our end on 4-4-2012 and should be credited to your account within 5-7 working days.
Kindly check your account to confirm this and in-case the amount is not credited within this time then kindly contact your bank.
