RechargeItNow.com — No reimbursement for failed transaction even after 15 days

I made a Rs.150/- topup from rechargeitnow.com on 13 february 2012 and got the amount deducted from my SBI account .

But received a message that the recharge has failed .

I immediately reported this to the website via contact us - which promised me a payback within a week . I also read that , if the amount has not been paid even after a week , the complaint can be escalated .

After a week , I also escalated the issue with no response from the service provider.

How should I get back this amount ?

Please write us a mail on [protected]@rechargeitnow.com & provide us the following information:

a. Mobile/VC number recharged.
b. Name of the mobile/DTH operator (eg. Idea, BPL, Dish TV etc.).
c. Date and exact/ approximate time of recharge.
d. Amount with which you recharged your mobile/DTH.
e. Transaction i.d. of the recharge that failed.
f. Name of Payment Gateway.

We will start looking into the problem as soon as you provide us the above mentioned information.
