[Resolved] RechargeItNow.com — Says transaction not made but amount debited from my account | |
On 24th March I recharged my aircel number for rs.199 and then I sent all my sbi debit card details but on submitting there was some internal server error and it seemed like the transaction failed. I checked my rechargeitnow account and in my history there was no transaction but to my horror rs.199 was debited from my sbi account. I called up aircel and they informed that no recharge was done. So my question is where is my rs.199? I am a student and I can't afford to lose that much amount of money. I have filled the customer care form many times with every detail but it was just a waste of my time. Was this information helpful? | |

I have received the amount back. Money was refunded to my online bank account within next 3 days. But I did not use the website again. | |
