[Resolved]  Redbus — mental Harassment & Duping Money By RedBus

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to you notice that I used redBus website for booking a Volvo Bus Ticket from Bangalore to Goa for 24th Dec. I was keeping Bad health so was unable to travel on 24th dec and I called RedBus call center to assist me in postpone my Ticket for 30th Dec same Bus and same travel operator just modification in date. He said as its within 24hrs I cannot cancel my Ticket and the amt which I paid 1300 Rs would be forfeited if i don't travel.

But Later when I called Travel operator Sea Bird I asked them I can modify my ticket as due to bad health I would not be able to travel. Seabird officials said they dont allow cancellation within 24rs but I want to modify or postpone the ticket they can do that . But as this ticket was booked through the travel agent redBus request has to be processed by them for the modification with seabird Travel.

Second incident same day itself was the ticket which I got from redBus has the Bus departure from Rajaji nagar at 9 Pm but before 3 hrs of journey I received a call from RedBus that Bus has been rescheduled and now it would depart at 7.30 from the pick point Rajaji nagar. How can they modify the timings of the Bus without informing the travelers well in advance.

redBus is just duping people money and harassing the customers with invalid reasons.

It would be high;y appreciable if you can look into this matter on priority and help me in getting my 1300 Rs refund from redBus
