REFRIGERATOR BROUGHT FROM GAURAV ELECTRONICS,NALLASOPARA INVOICE NO.2155 DTD 19/10/09.THE REFRIGERATOR WAS DELIVERED ON 23RD OCT 09.THE PIECE IS GIVING PROBLEM FROM NEXT WEEK.FIRST COMPLAINT WAS NO COOLING.THEY REFILLED THE GAS.SECOND COMPLAINT THE PIPE BLOCKED THEY CHANGE THE PIPE.THIRD COMPLAINT COMPRESSOR SPOILED FOR MORE THAN 1 MONTH.THE DEALER SPOKE TO YOUR AREA MANAGER MR.SHAILESH CHOWDHURY.THEY SAID THE COMPLAINT IS PENDING IN YOUR OFFICE.THE REFRIGERATOR WORKED FOR ONLY EIGHT DAYS FROM THE TIME IT WAS BROUGHT.MR.RAJEEV KAKKAR OF YOUR OFFICE PROMISE HE WILL DO IT BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE YET.PLEASE DO IT ON URGENT BASIS,AS DIFFICULT TO MANAGE IN SUMMER. Refrigerator — CHANGING OF PIPE
I HAVE PURCHASED A REFRIGERATOR ON 4TH JULY (CASH MEMO NO. DH/CM/05536/09-10 ) . FROM THE INSTALLATION DATE THERE IS A LICKAGE OF PIPE IN THE BACKSIDE OF THE FRIDGE AND CONTINUOUSLY WATER IS FALLING IN THE FLOOR. I HAVE COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES OVER PHONE TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE . BUT NO ENGINEER HAVE VISITED MY HOME FOR CHANGING THE PIPE. AT LAST I AM WRITING YOU THIS COMPLAIN LETTER, EXPECTING THAT THIS TIME YOU HEAR ME AND MAINTAIN YOUR GOODWILL..
