[Resolved]  Refrigerator — irresponsibility on the part of local service personnel

Re.: Repeated failure of our Refrigerator (Model No.: RS25KAMS, Serial No.: 017343CL400009D, Compressor : DK190K-T2U, Power : 220V/50Hz, Model Code : RS25KAMS1/XTL)


Dear Sir,

I regret to inform you that the above freeze is repeatedly malfunctioning since last 6 months. The repeated visit of your local service personnel have failed to rectify the fault. We have also lodge complain with Mr. Pradhan, the incharge of Rourkela servicing centre with no result. We were told by your service personnel that parts are not available.

This has laid to wastage of food and another perishables time and again. As well as it has given enough tension to us.

You are requested to take immediate action within 7 days of this letter failing which we shall force to take such legal action as may be advised.
