[Resolved]  Refrigerator — Scheme of Timex Watch not given to us & our complaint of repair not entertain

1. We have purchased a refrigerator vide your Invoice no.66 I/93029898 Dated 24.03.2010. There was a scheme from 24.03.2010 to 15.05.2010 of Timex watch with every purchase of Godrej appliances, but no watch was given to me after many reminders.

2. The Handle of refrigerator is not in order. I have call 3-4 times to your call centre and your executive visits us and assure us to replace the parts but after that no action was taken after several reminder. their was noise in compressor. Please check the matter and do needful.
