[Resolved]  Idea Cellular Company — Regarding My net setter Instrument

Please have a look on the below attached texet that i had sent to greviance department of idea cellular compny with two reminders. But they dont even turn back to me. So i have to register a complaint against there management team,

Dear Team,
With a great hope of resolving, I am sharing my problem with you which has been created by your local coordination team. I having a netsetter instrument by the name of me Pawan Parchani number [protected]. From stating I am facing the problem but in the month of January problem creates its maximum height. It was not working and your local Coordinator/ Branch officer was not ready to help me out. Then I talked to various people but nobody is suggesting me in a very Right way. Only I had got is we will get back to you in very short time but never ever received call from any one anytime and even every time I had to call them.
Even in the month of feb I come to touch with Mr Kartik, previously he said that “yes there is a provision of repairing or issuing a new instrument against that” but again he is also never called me. I had pursued your local coordinator Ms RATI who’s sitting at your Arera Colony helpdesk but most of time she didn’t picked my call of if she called me but she was unable to help me. Every one in your department is creating a new question answer come with a answer of help less.
I am having a very strong relation with IDEA with using your connection from couple or years although recommend many people to have a relation with you.
So, please help me as I had purchased that instrument from IDEA, Aditya Birla Group not from CHINA market that your company persons’ treatment I received.
