[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office, Ranchi — Passport status not known

I've applied for passport10 months back in jul. 2009. Police verification has been done. Passport has not yet made and delivered.

Pls help me to get this ASAP.

I have a submit my passport application on 17th sep. 2009 by head post office giridih, and my police verification has done on 14 jan. 2010 and also CBI enquery also done till feb.2010. and also despatched report from P.S., But till now i haven't reccieved my passprt and 15 days ago i get information that the police report has not been recieved, and now i have get information in enquiry status that file has closed, contect to RPO .
now what can i do don't understand, so please give me proper sugession for this.
