PF refund form was submitted on 31st Dec 07 in infosys BPO Pune . Till date the refund is not given. Spoken to the PF office in pune and was informed, to contact bangalore PF office.but still no response from their side. Now That deadline has also passed but there is no response from PF department Bangalore.

My PF form was submitted on 18th of January 2008 from Microtex india Limited, bangalore, till nw no account is nt processed, when i cald up PF.office bangalore(At richmond circle) 15 days before, i was told dat amount will be credited with in 10 days time.but so far i see no signs of processing my account, n MOREOVER NO BODY CARES 2 respond for a call, chances of answering a call are almost 10-12% .I am tired of callin again n again...i plead concerned dept to take the issue seriously...n process my account as soon as possible.

Hi,
This is Kavitha Venkatesan from Bangalore. Currently I'm working on IBM India P Ltd, Bangalore. My PF form was submitted on June 2007 from Bhilwara Info Tech, Delhi. After the so many follow-up (after 10 months) my part of the amount (one check) was credit into my bank account. But another check is the major amount that check got bounced from the bank. Reason for this is, PF officer forget to put the signature on the check (Drawers signature).
When I approached the bank, they are telling without the drawers signature we cannot proceed further. So go and get the signature from PF officer from Delhi. But my concern is I'm working in Bangalore, I don't know anybody from delhi PF office. You might know really difficult to get a sign from delhi PF officer.
This is 100% PF officer problem, but currently I'm suffering so much for this. I don't know how to proceed further. Please can you help/(give some ideas) me for the same.

Response from the PF office is very poor and they do not understand the prime importance of the disbursement in time and apprising to the candidates about the status and ECS credit.

When checked with Infosys office, got the information that they already submitted my application to the PF authourties on 17th July 2007. Dear Sir,
I was working with Netconnect, and i want my PF from them,
So i subitted my PF papers to Them in Nov-2007...and as per the
attachment, they have sent u in Feb-2008.
And i have confirmed from ur office (080-22279130 and 22216596)
and they told me that
they have submit two cheques (Chq NO.210648 amt is 12084 RS and
Chq NO.99706 amt is 3672 RS)
in my HDFC account in March-2008. Sir, but whole april has been
crossed and i have not recieved any cheque in my account, for
this
i m sending u my bank statement. that why i m very upset,
Sir, Seven times i have called 080- 22279130 / 22216596, but
nobady was there to give me proper answer.
Plz give me the status.
PLZ reply me as soon as possible, because this is my second

I would request to complete all the formalities for the same and refund the amount as soon as possible, as I need the money urgently.
