Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sushma and working as a software engineer in Bangalore. I had applied for PF on around March 2011 but hadn't got credited PF amount yet and even no intimation regarding that, its been since more than 8 months i applied. I am sunita.p.poddar. My pf account no.kn/23091/126. I filed withdrawal form no.19 & 10c in Feb.2010. But still i have not received my pf amount. In between this period I filed reauthorised fom for 2 times towards little bit complication in my bank account. So, I have attached a certified copy of bank account details. Whenever i have checked my pf status it should be shows that, the account will be settled. So in this reason I contact the resional pf office 2 - 3 times. But there is use. The case worker says to me that, you could be find out, what is the problem in settlement. I have filed every one necessary document to the pf office. So, how can I found the reason in delay?
Sir, please help me to withdrawn my pf amount.

Hi, We are the unfortunate employees of a company called SEM INDIA SYSTEMS PVT .LTD. The company had not only paid us salaries for 6 months but had also deducted the P.F contribution of both the employers and employees from our salary. The management had not even opened the P.F account in the employees name . We filed a complaint with P.F department on October 10th and on November 16th the P.F account was opened in the name of the ex-employers. They have issued the 3A form and asked us to withdraw the P.F amount. Now when we have filed the withdrawal form, it was returned back to us saying the payment was not made.
Please let me know how the P.F authorities had agreed to open the account in the name of the ex-employers after we filed a case with them. Now I do not know if the P.F department is worth trusting. Request advise from the viewers.
