i am anoop shiromani i am from ujjain i am working in itj reatils pvt ltd but this time company is closed i am working 1 year and 9 month in this ferm and the head office of this firm in noida u.p. the address is sahara computer and electronics 63, sector gutam budha nagar noida .

i am fill my all documents and send to h.o. but i have a no replay last 6month so i am take a action against company and going to court for that.

Subject: Non Receipt of My P.F. Dues, A/c No.-UP/27024/0128

I want to draw your attention towards the inordinate delay caused by E.P.F. Deptt. in collecting my P.F. Dues from my Previous Office - M/s Infotech Enterprise Limited, B-11 Sector 63, Noida-201301, India. Though I have submitted my claim on July 27, 2009 but till date I have not received the payment.

After a long gap of 3 months, when I visited the office of E.P.F. Deptt. on October and December, 2009, I was told by the concerned person that they have not received any payment from my office and I have to personally visit the office to enquire / collect dues from them. None of the E.P.F department staff were ready to provide any further information as to when they have sent the notice and what answer they have received from my former employer.

This unkind / unhelpful attitude of E.P.F. Department has really pained me. I also want to inform you that when as per the advice of the concerned clerk, I tried to contact M/s Infotech Enterprise limited, Noida India.over phone, they simply refused to answer me nor I was given any appointment to meet them.

I don't know why E.P.F. Department is behaving so strangely towards my case and not sending any reminder on their own ? Why they are not putting M/s Infotech Enterprise limited, Noida, India, on their defaulter's list and not taking any action on them as per law for which they have been empowered by the government.

My humble request to you is to please look into the matter and use your good offices to redress my grievance. I am writing this letter to your with great hope of getting my legitimate justice.
