[Resolved]  Registered Parcel — I have not received the parcel

Kutch, Gujarat

in the end of the March 2012, in my name a regd. latter came from IGNOU NEW DELHI,the registered latter was not given to me ,because at that time myself not present at that address, on the date of 24/03/2012, meanwhile the postpeon give in this address a information slip and says that collect the regd. parcel from post office at the time of 4 to 4.30 pm,and the latter having a number RL NO:4427,At the given time i reached at the post office and meet to the concerned post peon and show the slip and say give my regd. parcel, at that moment he says that your latter was missing some where, it is not found.I also ask that the latter is returned to IGNOU NEW DELHI? BUT he says that it was not returned but it is missing by himself somewhere.

The latter perhaps containing my provisional certificate and grade card in original,because at that time feriod my friends of MBA get that same type of parcels from IGNOU , NEW DELHI,

Till date date i not receive that latter and it is not returned to delhi . So i kindly request you , to what type of procedures should be taken to solve the matter and i receive my parcel,
