Registered Parcel — undelivered registered parcel :india post

Dear Sir,

i request to to respond...

there are 3 parcels sent through India Post to ahmedabad and kolkata (from mugma:jharkand )respectively..

.its been 5 days & still not delivered,,...if there is some problem,, there should be a way out to inform either of the consignor or consignee....we do write the mobile numbers...

y such irresponsibility.

the moment trust comes in Govt services...we lose it very soon..

kindly look into the matter
