[Resolved] Reliance 3G — Cheating the customers | |||
Hi, This complaint is about the cheating and fraud reliance mobile services are doing with their customers. I recharged my reliance no [protected] with RS 448 on 22nd of March 2013, according to which one should get 2GB 3G mobile net data which I did get even though I got the 'Recharge successful' message. When I called the customer care they informed me that there is nu such recharge available instead 449 recharge is available. But when I checked on http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/3G/HTML/PrepaidDataPacks.html (Kindly check the attached file) there was no data plan of RS 449 and RS 448 data plan was still available.
