I purchased Reliance 3G datacard on 08th February.I was told by the distributor that it would be active in next 2 hours which was not the case.It was activated on 12th Feb 2011.After activation i realised that there was no network coverage in the locality where i stay(Dahisar -East).I called the distributor from whom i had purchased and told him abt it.He asked 2 days from me to get all the things sorted.Eventually after consistent follow ups and unfruitful chase,i was informed that there is nothing that can be done and that i should use it outside the locality.i started using it in my office.on 17th feb.d 1st day when i used 3G..i wasn,t able to connect to the internet.i went to the reliance gallery with my laptop.After checking for 30 mins the executive informed me that since it was a new connection they had no data in their systems.They asked me to contact the distributor.I went to the distributor d same day and he found that the balance in the sim was utilised and not from the plan(750 for 2GB for a month) that i had chosen..he made some changes in the settings and i started using it.After using it for 7-10 days i faced d same issue.I wasn,t ale to connect to the internet.i visited the gallery which gave me no solution.They refered me to d customer care.I soke to d cust.care and they said they have forwaded a mail and that i will get a call within 24 hrs which never happened.
I am so angry that i am made to run from one person to another without any solution.i have completely lost faith in them and am just waiting for other cos.to launc 3G.
I pleade to all u readers..kindly do not buy Reliance 3G..you will feel hopeless and helpless Was this information helpful? |
