MANISH MOBILE NUMBER [protected] OF MATRIX TECHNOLOGIES UNDER CAPTION OF RELAINCEWEBWORLD EXPRESS G-4 RG COMPLEX SECTOR-5 MLU DWARKA-75.. I WANT TO BRING TO THE KIND NOTICE OF YOURS THAT YOUR SO CALLED ESTEEMED COMPANY IS PUTTING WRONG CLAIMS BY RELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF REPUBLIC OF INDIA BY FALSE COMMITMENTS AND PROMISED THROUGH FALSE MEDIA PRINT OR AUDIA OR VISUAL BY JUGULARY OF THE WORDS. AS PROVIDING OF THE BROADBAND SPEED UPTO SAY21MBPS WHICH THEN INCLUDES 0 TO 21 AND THEY SUCCEED THAT IF THEY ARE ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY SUCH SPEED FROM ZERO UPTO 21MBPS THEY FEEL THEY ARE SAFE AND ALSO IN COURT OF LAW OR APPELLATE AUTHORITY THEY ARE SAFE. IWANT TO EMPHASIS ON THE FACT THAT SINCE I PURCHASED THE SAID DEVICE I HAVE NOT GOT SPEED ON AN AVERAGE MORE THEN1-2 MBPS

PAWAN BHATT AND DESPITE ALL THE FACTS POSTED ON THEIR MAIL ADDRESSES AND CONSUMER GRIEVIENCES HELPLINES EVERYBODY WANTED TO KNOW THAT WHAT IS THE ISSUE AS IF ITHE THEY DO NOT KNOW THE ISSUE OR IGNORANT ABOUT THEIR MISDEEDS.
THAT IN BETWEEN THE SIAD PERIOD OF TELECONVERSATION WITH ONE OF PERSON MR PAWAN BHATT I CATGORICALLY SAID THAT DESPITE MY COMPLAINTS TO YOUR REPECTIVE DEALING EXECUTIVE ON THE AVAILABLE E MAIL ADDRESSES ON 5TH FEBRUARY BUT DID NOT RECEIVEANY RESPONSE TILL 8TH FEB 2012 INDICATING THE CONCERN OF HE SO SAID ESTEEMED COMPANY RELIANCE . AND WHEN THE MATTER GAINED MOMENTUM THROUGH MAILS ON CONSUMR FORUMS ON NET , PUBLIC GRIEVENCEES FORUM , I GOT SOME TELE CALLS BETWEEN 9TH-15TH ( APPROX 8 TELECALLS BY DIFFERENT PERSONS ALLL POSING TO BE CALLING FROM CHAIRMANS OFFICE OF WHICH WORTH MENTIONING NUMBERS ARE[protected], [protected]. SOM EXECUTIVE NAMED NEELAM DID HAD CONVERSATION WITH ME AT NUMBER [protected] AND MR. PAWAN BHATT AT [protected](DETAILED DATES AND RECORDED CONVVERSTION ON THEIR MAIL).
THAT THE SAID PERSON SAID THAT THE DEVICE WILL GIVE SPPED ON AN AVRAGE OF 500KBPS. WHEN I ASKED THN WHY DID RELIANCE INTRODUCD THREE DIFFERENT DEVICES ON THEIR ADVERTISEMNTS, SITE AND VISUAL AND AUDIO AND PRINT MEDIA AS 3.1 , 7.2 , 21 MBPS WHEN ALL ARE SUPPOSED TO DO THE SAAME PURPOSE WITH SAME SPEED. AND I REQUESTED THEM TO PLEASE REQUEST MR. ANIL AMBANI TO CONYACT ME AT MY GIVEN MOBILE WHICH ISAID REPEATEDLY IN GOOD SENSE SO THAT ANIL AMBANI SHOULD KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING IN HIS COMPANY, TH PROMISES , BEHAVIOUR AND ATTITUDE PF THEIR COMPANY OFFFICILAS AND XECUTIVES AND REQUESTED MR PAWAN BHATT TO PLEASE TRMINATE/CANCEL MY CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT WITH PRECONDITION ONLY WHEN
A) THE ALL AFORESAID THINGS WILLL BE GROUGH TO KNOWLEDGE OF COMPANY
B) AND IF ANIL AMBANI REFUSES TO ACKNOWLEDGE MY MAIL AND DO NOT WANT TO TLAK TO ME IN PERSON
C) AND THE CCONNECTION BE TRMINATED ONLY WHEN ABOVE CONDITIOONS ARE FULFILLED WITH DUE INTIMATION TO ME IN BLACK AND WHITE AT MY E MAIL ADDRESS.
BUT UNFORTUNATELY HE DISCONNECTED MY CONNECTION WITH PREINFORMING ME BY ANY OF AVAILABLE MEDIA B IT MAIL OR PHONE. THIS IS AN DISHINONOUR NOT TO ME BUT TO THE ANIL AMBANI WHO SHOULD FEEL INSULETED ON BEHALF OF HIS CUSTOMER HANDLING EXECUTIVE AND ALSO BY MEANS OF VICARIOUS LIABILTY AND HE BEING THE CAPTAIN OF SHIP .

AND LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MS. NEELAM WHO INTODUCED ME THAT SHE IS IN DEPATT OF RELAINCE AS SOCIAL AND LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE AND WANTS TO KNOW WHAT IS THE ISSUE. WHEN THINS WERE ALL CLEAR IN MY MAILS , TELCALLS AND ALSO IN DIFFERENT CONSUMER HELPLINES SHE BEHAVED AND SAID MY CONNECTION BE RESTORED ONLY 3-4 DAYS AFTER TECHNICAL HELP COULD BE PROVIDED TO ME.I SAID OK BUT PLEASE SEND ME MAIL BEFORE DOING SO , SO THAT OK BUT WITH SAME PRECONDITOIONS AS MENTIONED ABOVE THAT I WANT THIS CONNECTION BE RETORED FOR THE TIME TILL YOU GIVE ME SATISFACTORY SERVICES AND THE SAME SHOULD BE INTIMATED TO ME TELEPHONICALLY. SHE SAID IN AFFIRMATION.
THAT NEITHER MR. PAWAN BHATT NOR MS NEELAM DID SEND ME MAIL TILL 13TH OF FEB 2012.
