i am using reliance from 3 years.i am using blackberry
i have a problem with handset and as per the customer care i visited the nearest web world in Hyderabad,begumpet.
As per the associate there, he said there is a problem with internal speaker and the handset has to be replaced.
He told me to pay 3000 rs which i did there because the purchase date of my handset is older than an year.
After 1 month i got a replaced new handset.
After using for a week -10 days again the same problem repeated.
As i am working from home right now due to personnel issues, i cannot go to Hyderabad and waste my valuable time once again on this.
Again i don't want to pay 3000 for replacing my handset for the 2nd time and i don't want to waste 1 month by loosing important calls once again.
i would like to know whether any appropriate action can be taken for wasting 1 month and again delivering the same kind of handset. Was this information helpful? |
