I am also the victim of reliance blackberry plan, on 29th Dec 12 i did the recharge of 398 for GSM mobile after confirming from the executive, i did the recharge and i was told that my BB services will be activated in nxt 3 hrs, after 3 hrs when i tried to use BB service i was getting a error" service is not handhled for this", i called this guys and reported this issue, they transfer the call to their techical department...

I activated my BBM plan of Rs 129 on 12th May 2012. It was somehow activated but I couldn't use the service. On the same day I called your blackberry customer care, they told me that due to some technical issues the plan couldn't be activated. It will be done within 48hr. I waited for that much time and then i called again they gave me the settings to adjust my blackberry mobile I did it, still it wasn't working. I called again...

I have been waiting for 5 days for my reliance blackberry services to get activated. Everyday i have called the cust care line they have promised me it will be activated in 24 hours. It has been 120 hours and i'm still waiting.
I spoke to a person in the escalation dept (Chethan J) who was EXTREMELY rude and who kept interrupting me everytime i spoke and just didnt give a damn considering the fact i told him that i wasnt able...

i have a problem with handset and as per the customer care i visited the nearest web world in Hyderabad,begumpet.

As per the associate there, he said there is a problem with internal speaker and the handset has to be replaced.

He told me to pay 3000 rs which i did there because the purchase date of my handset is older than...

Hi Friends, Never purchase any Reliance Black Berry, they will make ur life miserable. 1. Quality of handset is maha bakwas 2. The service provided is maha-maha bakwas.
I purcased BB handset 5 months back and still suffering. Firstly due to quality issues of handset and secondly their services.

Go through the trail mails u will understand the amount of pain u have to take in case u buy reliance BB.
