Aur customer care wale bolte hain ki jisje black berry liya hai waha par sampark karo,
Aur webword wale bolte hai ki jijse number liya usse sampark kare
Aap kriupa kar ke mujhe kisi aise person se baat karwa dijiye jo mera phone activate karne ki shamta rakhta ho.
Otherwise main chahata hun ki aap log mera black berry le lijiye aur mera 14899/- Rs return kar dijiye, main apne kaan pakda hoon aaj ke baat kabhi reliance se koi relation nahi rakhoonga.

HI HAVE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BLACKBERRY AND RELIANCE.
I HAVE A RELIANCE PREPAID CONNECTION ( [protected] ) WITH BLACKBERRY HANDSET 8703e
LAST 3 DAYS I AM FACING 1X PROB.
NOW THE PROB IS I HAVE PAID FOR RELIANCE UNLIMITED PREPAID INTERNET CONNECTION PLAN ( 1099 ) WHICH IS ONLY ONE AVAILABLE PLAN IN PREPAID.
I HAVE PAID THEM 30 DEC 2009 IN MORNING AND THEY ACTIVATED MY PLAN IN 30 DEC EVENING AND AFTER 3 HRS OF ACTIVATING THE PLAN I AM UNABLE TO USE THE INTERNET ON MY MOBILE MY ALL DATA SERVICES ARE BLOCKED I DON'T KNOW WHY THE DO THIS TO ME.
AND I HAVE CALLED MORE THEN 100 TIMES TILL NOW THE PROB IS STILL SAME I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW.
IF MY PROB WILL NOT SOLVE I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT.
MY MY OPINION CUSTOMER PEOPLE ARE THEY DON'T KNOW ANYTHING.
THEY KNOW ONLY ONE THING HOW TO FOOL PEOPLE.
AND IN MY LIFE I DON'T SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY BLACKBERRY WITH RELIANCE CONNECTION.
AT LAST MY REQUEST TO RELIANCE, .BLACKBERRY PLS SORT OUT THE PROB ( 1X ) ASAP.
