Dear Team, This is in regards to our Reliance Broadband connection. I would like to inform you, my Broadband connection has been disconnected since 1 week without any reason & prior notice too. Although, the last bill has been paid by us on 31st October which was due on November 9th. We have reached you after doing our homework. We have tried all the ways.( Tried reaching technician, Customer care etc. ), Unfortunately, we did not get positive response. At last we have approached you to solve our ongoing issue. This has really caused a big time inconvenience to us, which made us believe Reliance is no more a worth and trusted company.
