Reliance Broadband Internet Service - Rcom — poor service, billing cheat, call harassment | |
Dear sir/madam, Ubject:http://www. Rcom.Co.In I have a rcom broadband connection. Which is not working since jan 2009... They send me the bill for january and i paid that on 11 feb (I guess), Then i asked rcom to terminate my broadband service on 7-8 feb. But they dint do it and send me the bill for frbruary 2009, for services which i havnt used... They told me you have to pay for half feb. Bcause it will take 15 days from you register your complain. So i agreed to pay half bill... But they neither send me the bill or terminate my connection, Then i again file the request to terminate services on 3rd may... They called 4-5 times for confirmation but till date they had not cut my services... And evry month they are charging 330/- bugs for nothing... Just they are getting money for no services they are charging us... They are not terminating my services and calling me evry month 3-4 times since february, I am sick of their calls... Every time i have to told the person on phone this whole thing again and again, but no response... Pls help me... Pls... And i want my money back, they are now saying your bill is around 2500/-... Thats without using services since last 8 months... 330*8 ~ 2500/- what they have charged... Even after my complains and request for termination... Plsss help...
