Hi, I m just fedup with the services of reliance broadband. Its more than one year we had a broadband connection from reliance and we have problems regarding dead phone; slow speed and connectivity every month. Was this information helpful? | |||

Reliance Broadband — NO CUSTOMER RESPONSE
I have Taken Reliance Broad Band.Initially it worked very good after 3 months of service... it for disconnected on 10th Feb 2011 till today i.e. 8th Mar 03.. nobody to attend my issue
if we log a call in customer care they will close it after 24hrs and they say.. back end team closed this call...
we need to open one more ticket...
AFTER ABOVE ALL.. THEY WILL CALL FOR PENDING AMOUNT..
THEY WILL SAY THEY WILL ESCALATE CALL AND THEY NEVER DO IT...
ITS VERY PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE OF RELIANCE BROAD BAND SERVICE>>>>
PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR IT.....

when i contact the person who attached it he just gave assurances but no work is done.
