[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — regular interruption in connectivity & bad behaviour of area technical officer | |||
i want to inform u that i have a reliance broadband connection with user id[protected]. there is a regular problem of connectivity in this connection. i have several time reported this issue to reliance customer care. but the area techinal officer pardeep kumar having (mb no [protected]) shoud not give any permanent solution n also making fool of customers by making wrong commitments. some time he closed complaints without any corrective action and making customers fool and closed complaints by his own decision without any concent of clients. pardeep kumar having mb no [protected] not have done his duty and his behaviour is of giving (lara). if i have given any complaint on saturday then he never come on sunday and only give false commitments like abi aata hu , 2 bje tak ata hu, n phir phone karo to phone kisi aur ko pakda k kehte hain chutti ho gai hai main security guard bol rha hu. please take any corrective action and solve my problem.
