[Resolved] Reliance Broadband Net Connect Plus — activation | |
i have been using reliance broadband netconnect+ for 5 months .my no [protected] . my problem is from the first month biil i was wrongly charged. (the commited plan was one and the billed plan was another.they said there i sno such plans and gave a waiver .and the second month was ok coz i used rarely.then come the shock my third month the net was diconuted for the reason of high usage where i was allowed to use 10gb (unlimited then changed to 10gb)download(the word commited from the sales rep)i used only 9 gb gownload and 1.5 gb upload i was billed for 6000+INR the i took the complaint i was asked for an interment payment i did the payment to but my problem was not solved.i called NODAL officer and APPLATE officer no one solved my problem nerely after 34 days i decided to through my device .before that i just thought of checking it i found the service was active then i called CC and conformed what has happend they told you bill has been waved for 4000+INR again i started to use that month i was also asked to pay 195rs i did the payment NOW THE PROBLEM IS.... on 5th sep when i connected i found my service was not active i called CC they told i have crossed my creidt limit and i con was barred i asked how was that i crossed my limit .no one knows they just know you have crossed i called NODAL and APPLATE on morning 1130hrs no one picked the call or turned back i called the CC for reguest for detial usage .that execuite told me my service is active and might be some problem with my setting and gave me some order . i told her i my connection have been dis for crossing the credit limit .she just laughed at me and asked who said you have crossed the limit . that also diidnt work.again i called CC and found i have crossed the credit limit .now he asked me who said you have not crossed .he asked me to step into webworld where i did and my problem was not solved he told someuseless things like complain to NODAL,APPLATE,TRAI. and also he asked me to wait till next day coz my bill date was till 5th today 6th my bill was not generated till yet and my serice was nto restored please some one help me in this problem to get a proper solution Was this information helpful? | |
