Dear Sir,
I thank you for sending me the details of my usage of broadband services for the period 11/01/2010 to 10/02/2010. While going through the details, I found few entries which needs explaination. Your last entry shown is on 24/01/2010
Item no 1> which is impossible as being a Sunday our office was closed and there is no way I could have used the service as shown in your chart.
Item no 2> my start time shows 16:15 and end is 17:53 and next entry shows start time to be 17:29 to 17:37,
Item no 3> It is not possible for me to use the service at 1 am in morning at my office,
Item no 4> my start time shows 14:44 and end is 15:33 and next entry shows start time to be 15:01 to 17:50,

Similar time start and ending error is shown on 24/01/2010

In response to your e-mail regarding "Bill Related Dispute", registered under the Service Request ID[protected]. Please note that your complaint has been resolved from our end with the resolution that as checked in the system all the data usage for the bill dated 11.02.2010 has been charged correctly as per the rate plan.

Hence, we are unable to process any request for waiver.
