While going through the details, I found few entries which needs explaination. Your last entry shown is on 24/01/2010 Item no 1> which is impossible as being a Sunday our office was closed and there is no way I could have used the service as shown in your chart. Please note that your complaint has been resolved from our end with the resolution that as checked in the system all the data usage for the bill dated 11.02.2010 has been charged correctly as per the rate plan.
