i ajit kumar resident of b.g. road gottigere, bangalore-56 had applied for relience broadband connection and for that i have given rs.500 for installation charge to mr. amarkant, salesperson of the the company. he promised me tat i will connection within four working days. but i am sorry to say that still today that is after 1 month i had not got the connection. i tlked to te team leader mr. nagesh fr the same first he said that he will resolved the issue but later he was not picking up my calls. i am writing this compalin ust to nform te higer authorities that what type of services you are giving to customer. plz try to do something and take necessary action against the team leader as well as the saleperson. and refund my rs.500 a soon as possible. if nothing happens within two days i have no option but to go to consumer court and also to the meadia about this.
