My broadband service was down on 25th October 2011 and i call to their costumer care and lodge a complain at 7.25 pm and given me 24 hrs to solve my problem by sending one of their technician. But that i never happen so i call then 3 times but their answer is sorry and they will solve asap and given me wrong hope. Due to their negligence I lost my client and and client trust i build up in my pass 5/6 years Was this information helpful? |
