[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — bill payment | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, In the year 2010 i had reliance broadband connection. I had some problem with broadband and installed phone, it wasn't working. I kept complaining almost for more than a month but no success, thereafter i requested for termination of connection which these reliance people put into effect after 5-6 months of request (that too on my complaint that why i am getting bills when i have already requested for termination) and now these people are calling up every now and then, threatening of legal suits and police complaints. These people have made my life hell. Just because reliance employees could not perform their job on time(termination of connection) why should i pay bills of that time. I got phone call from Reliance that, i have to pay bill amount of 200Rs on 7/4/2015. I paid through online on 10/4/2015 night at 10'0clk. Now they are calling daily and saying that it is not received. I paid through axis bank debit card but 200rs were deducted from my account, and i got message for transaction ID as[protected].
