[Resolved] Reliance Broadband — very bad services | |||
i have a reliance brodband connection since 7 to 8 months but after 2 months of my connection date i was change my place so i was sand a complain to customer care to disconnect my connection but their is no responce till now and i m totaly unstisfied form his services bcos i complaint many times but they can not give any responce. and i also want to say that nobody will try to take reliance brodband services. this is very bad brodband company. Reliance Broadband — Reliance Broadband, a name u feel scared of..
Hi,this is just to make you all aware that be very safe before you get a reliance brodband connection. They are very polite before they set the connection and after when you ask them to disconnect it, here starts your pain and panic to get the net disconnected and make your life hell with the sitting in customer care. I requested them to disconnect the services while calling on customer care, was transfered to several callers and was even on hold for 25 minitues to get some one online to speak.
Tokk the request nom and was intimated that will be called by a local executive to disconnect the services and take there Phone and Modem back. Was called after 20 days and intimated that wanted to disconnect the services. But sincce after a month crossed my connection was still active but no services for browsing to it. After calling Cc they informed that i had intentions to continue the services so they did not cut the services. It was a sheer lie by the executive that i planned to stay with Reliance.
I intimated to disconnect the services again and lodged a complain. It took another 30 min to be on line with them and get the complain lodged again...
but as a result...again the same..they said that i wanted to continue with the services, again a lie from the executive who called for disconnection. now i had to personnaly visit the manager and submit him the sets and pay all the dues with me...what were not even used by me...bull ...they are bad...very bad...will never in future go with reliance...
Be safe stay away from them...
