[Resolved] Reliance Broadband Wireline — Refund of Excess Amount Deposited | |||
Dear Sir Despite making repeated complaints I hve still not received my refund. Please help. I had taken a braodband connection in Kanpur in the name of MR GOPAL DAS GAUR. I had always paid regularily & always made advance payments for my broadband connection. Due to some problem at the company end my connection was terminated. At that time of termination of my services my broadband account had a negative balance of Rs. Rs. 56252.64 This is to bring to your notice that despite writing to reliance customer care ([protected]@relianceada.com) i have still not received my refund till date. Requesting you to please do the needful as i will be forced to take legal action against reliance communication.
