Hi Nonodal Officers, WHAT IS THE STATUS?? when I'll get money back? Last 4 months I am continuously visiting the Reliance Bund garden Office & contacted reliance Officers/staff but they are not able to solved my problem. I have purchased a USB Modem from the MG Road Reliance branch. But it is not providing satisfactory
internet connection even after 4 months. Eventhough I repeatedly requested to rectify the complaints,
the reliance officials told that it was due to the virus problem. Atlast I found out that it was not due to virus problem but the equipment was a defective one. Then I changed to BSNL usb modem which started functioning in the beginning itself. The Reliance official did not do anything to our grievance.
