[Resolved]  reliance CDMA mobile prepaid — VAS wrongly charged for consecutive two months, though complaint is registered.

This is Raja Roy, from khardah kolkata - 700117.
I am using a Reliance CDMA prepaid connection (MOB No. - [protected]) for the last 2 year.
During this time it deducts my prepaid balance many of the times because of activating VAS (Astrology Pack) without my request.
When i was asking for reimbursement, they replied that it is not possible, though i was saying that it was activated without my request.

Throughout this conversation they just ensure me one thing that they are deactivated the same & it will not be charged further but, the same thing is replied on the 4th of Aug'10. After that when i try to make a complaint to the customer care executive they replied same as previous month. It is Rs. 35.00+ is deducted from my account for the last one month[protected] to[protected] and counting...

So, till now no solution is there, i am jus here for your opinion what to do regarding this matter. I am willing to take any type of judicial step against them. coz. i was harassed enough.
Please suggest me what is best suitable or make a case against them.

Reliance Mobile — Wrongly Charged

My reliance no is[protected]. I have not activated VAD services in my phone than also there in my a/c it shows it activated and so I have being charged for the same every month since last four to five months. I request you to stop this as soon as possible. I have made complain in reliance since many months to stop the same. But no1 is answerig in the same. I have been using the Reliance Mobile Phone connection since 2003. Nearly 5 years it is.

The company uses many fraudulent ways to extract money from its clients and is frequently violating most of the Telecom and Business Laws of India.

In spite of DND registration the Reliance itself keeps calling on the mobile and disturbs us which is most extravagent example of its disrespect to the law of the land and the way it mocks the orders of the Supreme Court of India.

I already have 14 of my colleagues and friends frustrated with the fraudulent ways of the company's billing and illegal business practices.

We are placing our case in front of the Consumer Court in Delhi with strong evidences with claim for compensation.

Please also share with us any piece of evidence that you have.
When we call someone, in the handset time start with the pressing button for call and end at the ending the call. Means if other side call attended after one minute ring, and we talked for 30 second only, then money charged for two calls ( one minute ringing time+30 second for call). But in other mobile services time starts when call attended at other side. It shows reliance com. cheating customers.
My Reliance is [protected].i am using RS 650.00 STD calling Card.As per this plan my STD charge is 0. 75ps/min in every network through out the india. But when i am calling to other network sometime 0.75ps/min, & sometime 1.50ps/min & sometime 1.25ps/min also deducting .Five more time a called up the customer care but they are not giving any satisfactory answer except complain Nos.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].Please take necessary step for this problem and contact me E-Mail ID - callmedebu.[protected]@gmail.com.

Reliance mobile prepaid — WRONGLY CHARGED FOR SERVICE WHICH IS DEACTIVATED IN PREVIOUS MONTH

Respected Sir,

I am Naresh Sharma advocate as Profession in Jagdalpur (C.G.). I am user of Reliance Mobile (RIM) prepaid since last two years my mobile no. is [protected]. On Dt.[protected] I had received a message from Relaince that you have subscribe the VAS GOVT. JOBS and you had charged Rs.10/- for this services than I had called Relaince Coustomer care and told him that I am not activated any services they do not listen any thing and said that you have activated this service.
Then I told him sir please deactivate this service immideatly and he said that your service is deactivated. On Dt.[protected] again I have received a message from Relaince that your VAS GOVT. JOBS had renewed and charged Rs. 10/- after this I again called Relaince Coustomer Care and told him that you have wrongly charged for those service which is deactivated on[protected] but they said that their system have some problem that your service is not deavtivate in Dt.[protected]. and they do not refund me a wrongly charged in my account. Sir please said that whose fault that their system had not deactivate the services. So I request you please refundable my wrongly charged amount as early as possible.

Hi,

I have been wrongly charged on 19th of FEB while calling. After that I called 198 to launch a complaint. The person speaking was very rude. He told that the application is not working and told to call after half an hour. I called after half an hour, I got the same reply. I again called and was told to call after an hour. I have called several times and every time but nobody was taking the complaint. I called again on 20th FEB, then also the same thing was told to me to call after sometime as the system is not working. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT KIND OF SYSTEM RELIANCE HAVE THAT TI CAN NOT TAKE A GENUINE COMPLAINT ALSO. Later on I called and told that I need to speak to your supervisor. I was put on a hold for 45 minutes and then I spoke to the supervisor. The complaint was take at last. Complaint number[protected] Spoke to Deepak, D.M.Swamy, Sateesh and others) which was later close stating that I was RIGHTLY CHARGED.
Again I called 198 and waited for 45 minutes to speak to supervisor to place a complaint. Complaint was again taken and which was[protected] and was closed later. Again I called on 22nd and a complaint was taken which is[protected].
Everytime I called to customer care they were telling I was rightly charged. I told them to prove me that I was worngly rightly charged as you have all the data. They were not telling me any thing and on top of that somebody told me to pay some amount to check the last all details. How SHAME FULL it is of a company like RELIANCE to tell something like that to customers who is already in trouble and you people are sitting and doing nothing and just crying that the system is not working and whatever is happening is alright even if it is wrong.
Later I told them that I called to a particular number and that was a reliance number and how could I be charged for that as I have he special pack then the told that yes you were wrongly charged.

I DO NOT KNOW HOW EFFICIENT IS RELIANCE IF THE PEOPLE HAVE TO PROVE AND THEY THEY NOT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING AND IF WE PLACE A COMPLAINT AND THEY WILL SIMPLY CLOSE IT STATING EVERYTHING IS ALRIGHT, EVEN IF IT IS WRONG.

TODAY AGAIN I SPOKE TO A SUPERVISOR WHO TOLD THAT THE INFORMATION THEY GOT FROM THE BACKEND TAEM THAT I WAS RIGHTLY CHARGED AND TO CLOSE THE COMPLAINT.

CAN ANYBODY TELL ME HOW EFFICIENT ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING ON THE BACKEND AND HOW CAN THEY CLOSE THE COMPLAINT WITHOUT RESOLVING IT?? ARE THEY EFFICIENT ENOUGH TO SIT IN THAT POSITION??

CAN SOMEBODY TAKE A COMPLAINT OF THE PERSON WHO DID NOT CHECKED THE COMPLAINT PROPERLY AND CLOSED IT ??

CAN SOMBODY TELL ME HIS NAME OF THE BACKEND PERSON WHO DID ALL THIS TO SUE HIM FOR WHAT HE IS DOING FOR CUSTOMER SITTING IN THAT POSITION??

I DID NOT EXPECTED SOMETHING LIKE THIS FROM SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY LIKE RELIANCE.

Reliance Mobile — charged without subscribing any service

My Rel prepaid mob no is [protected]
There are many times when some caller tune and daily cricket pack is activated by the provider without my request, which costs me 30 rs everytime for caller tune and 5rs daily for cricket pack
Some times a considerble amount say 15-20 rs is suddenly
slashed, whereas no calls are made from my fon.
And when i call customer care they are not ready to listen instead they become rude and even after request for unsubcribing the service they does not unsubsribe it and keep on charging me daily for the cricket pack
This type of practice costs me a lot and even the time is wasted by calling customer care
So please make sure that this type of slashing and subcription of services is stopped.

This is not happening for the first time.this had happened many a times before but this time even the nodal officer talked very rudely and was not ready to listen.I hope my problem will be solved soon.And also we expect your customer care executives and nodal officers to talk politely.
