Reliance CDMA Prepaid — Deduction from balance without any reason

I have a lifetime prepaid cdma (Mobile No-[protected]) mobile. On 27/09/09 Rs. 31.00 has been deducted from my balance .Please infom me why this amount has been deducted from my balance.

I have been hardly making outgoing calls and use it mostly for incoming calls.My all attempts to talk since 31/03 to customer care or get help from local reliance web world has not made them correct and rectify the wrong deductions from 31/03 onwards when reliance sent me the aforesaid sms.In fact the no *369 for talking to customer care is a farce as no one picks/call never gets connected to them .
i hope u may help and get this issue settled.

This is to inform u that I hav reliance cdma prepaid connection. Since 6th Oct 2009 an amount of Rs50 has been deducted unneceesarily from my account. I spoke to the customer care thrice and to the supervisor too but they instead put the blame on me that i have chosen this service called some BAKWAS service. The supervisor insured me that he'll deactivate the service but no action was taken instead they deducted Rs30 more from my account. The customer care is not responding at all. I am a student and I cant keep on recharging my account again and again.
This is my humble request to please take some immediate strict action and help me refund the amount as soon as possible.

I have a prepaid Reliance CDMA phoneNo:[protected].One day i have found Rs30/-per month
have been deducted from my account for "Mitti Ke Rang" which i have never opted to subscribe.
I immediately have sent as many as nine messages to 121 which everytime has remained
unsend..I left for Bangalore where i contacted one Ms Gouri who confirmed service has been
discntinued, but she can not return my money.I am very much disturbed as same has type of
syphoning money has been done with my previous no [protected] which i discontinued only
for this reason.
I am sure this is not your corporate object.I would rather suggest you to give better service
to retain your valued customer.

Reliance CDMA — deduction of balance without any reason and not responding when connected to customer care

my mob no is [protected] which is of reliance cdma service.my balance is deducted from my account without any reason.everytime time when i recharge my account they cut my balance without any reason.on 06.10.2011 i had recharged my account with rs 30.00 and rs 15.00 in which i get the balance of 31 rupee but without useing my phone my balance is deducted.when i contacted to customer care they didnt respond and kept me in queqe for one hour.
this type of cheat from a customer does not suits this type of big company.
