[Resolved] Reliance CDMA — unnecessary VAS service activated without my concern | |||
Sir, As per my complaint on my phone, Reliance CDMA number [protected] : I get refund of Rs 5/- for VAS Altruist Subsc still the charges for VAS CRBT Prepaid S charged Rs 30 not refunded. So return remaining dues Previous complaint details are - My complain is that Reliance service has activated various VAS in my phone, Reliance CDMA number [protected] : [protected] VAS Altruist Subsc charged Rs 5 [protected] VAS CRBT Prepaid S charged Rs 30 and these following two service is regularly deducting money from my account VAS Altruist Subsc charged Rs 5 VAS ShemarooVP charged Rs 5 and so on... All these activations were without my knowledge and consent. I want all VAS services deactivated and also charged amounts to get refunded to my balance as I never approved such activation and instead was harassed of such regular automated activation against my will. I am a customer of reliance from 2 years but now fromlast 3-4 months the company is charging unneccessarily charging any amounts on my bill in the name of Value Added Sevices. Reliance — activate services
i m the customer of reliance since 3 years bt from last 6 mnths without my permission they actives any services like "my feeling", bhagwat geeta , or any caller tune on my phone and deduct my balance ..every month , and when i complaint they deactivate that and activate another sevice..i dont know what to do ..is there any body who help me in this regard....i think this is there new way of money earning ....and now i feel reliance become most terrible network in india .. plzz help this is totally a cheating with the customer without being inform them how could they deduct money & activate services

From last 10 days I'm getting harassed from the Reliance CDMA service. Without any requirement I'm being subscribed by different services and my money is being deducted. I purchased reliance mobile sim 5 days ago.I submitted photo - copy of my lease agreement as address proof and photo - copy of passport as mi id-card.
