THIS IS THE COMPLAINT REGARDING THE CALLER TUNE SERVICE WHICH HAS BEEN ACTIVATE...ON MY PHONE WIDOUT MY REQ...REGARDING THE SAME COMPLAINT I CALLED UP RELIANCE CUSTOMER SERVICE...ON *222...ON THS SAME DAY OF ACTIVATION AS I GOT THE MSG FOR THE SAME...& I HAD A WORD WID AGENT "ACHIT"...HE TOLD ME THAT THIS SERVICE HAS BEEN ACTIVATE BY MY REQ...I TOLD HIM I NEVER I APPLIED FOR THE SAME...& BELIVE ME SIR THAT AGENT DON'T KNOW HOW THE TALK THE CUSTOMMER...I REQ TO THAT AGENT TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO THE SUPERVISOR...HE PUT ME ON LONG HOLD ARROUND 15 MIN... THAN ONE SUPERVISOR HER NAME WAS:::"JULINA NADAR"...HE TALK TO ME ...& BELIEAVE ME HE WAS THE FATHER OF THE AGENT ...SHE WAS VERY VERY RUDE ...SHE WAS TALKIN AS SHE WAS NOT THERE TO TAKE THE CALLS...SHE THE OWNER OF A BIG COMPANY... AS PER HER I ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE...I TOLD HER NO I M NOT... BUT SHE WAS NOT READY TO LITSEN ME...THAN I FORWARD THE COMPLAINT ON THE CORPOARATE CARE E-MAIL ID OF RELIANCE THATS::: [protected]@relianceada.com I REQ THEM TO STOP THIS SERVICE...& TOLD PLZ PLZ DON'T DEDUCT ANY MONEY OTHER WISE I HAVE TO LOOK FORWARD FOR ANY OTHER OPTION...LIKE I HAVE TO FORWARD THIS MAIL TO [protected]@MONEYCONTROL.COM OR I HAVE TO FORWARD THIS CASE TO CONSUMER COTE... with any request for hello tunes reliance activating hello tune agan and again whever i recharged my number. its 11 times when i faced this problem. and when i asked for complain number they are not issing me complain complain number. and not giving me waive off against it.Reliance Communications — About activation of caller tunes

Despite of my several reminders company is not deactivating caller tune & renewing it. When I complaint they tell a new every time.Reliance Communications — auto activation of caller tunes
they will simply activate callar tune without asking and when we ask for refund they will tell due to some technical problem we are not able to refund it will given later but after 3 months also i am not getting refund like this they have cheated thousnad sof consumersRELIANCE COMMUNICATIONS LTD — SET HELLO TUNES WITHOUT PERMISSION
RELIANCE COMMUNICATION LTD. SETS HELLO TUNES ON MY MOBILE NO. [protected] AND DEDUCT THE CHARGE FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT ON DATED[protected]. I have also got similar condition.
Reliance Mobile — Forcefully applied hello caller tune charges
My self Devendra patil. I had Reliance mobile connection on my name. I had not activated Caller hello tone from end. Reliance communication forcefully applied charges of Rs 45 on my MDN for caller tone activation. After contacting customer care, they are not accepting their system fault & replying that caller tone has been activated from customer/my end.This is a just forceful thing which telecom companies continuing to increase their revenue.
I know that in some cases when you press ‘*’ key then caller tone has been activated on your mobile. I suggest their should be confirmation call/ sms required before accepting such service, this will also help in cases where ‘*’ key pressed by customer unknowingly.

Yesterday Caller Tune is activated on my Mobile No. by default company's customer care stated it is done by you by pressing * button. I asked you and company is it a epedemic type problem by touching a button, Company flatly denied to take any complaint against this problem and charged for this services if I pressed a button to copy a caller tune then why I require to discontinue the tune but company says in any circumstances you will be charged.I want to say why typing a button caller tune shoul not be copied as by mistake it can be copied on any no. it should be copied by pressing any 2 or 3 digit of mobile with special character of phone key pad, as this accurance can only done if you require to copy.

I have asked customer service executives at Reliance Communications outlets several times but they only assure to look into it. They do not take this complain seriously. " Without my permission, caller tunes being activated on my phone ."When i called their call center. They made me wait and then also they had no option other than disconnecting the phone.
I dont know how and where to come for this issues and do we have any options for all this loses. A common man knows that they had lost the money and they have to keep quite as they don't know what they can do and where they need to go for justice.
BIG Company has very good option with their call center. As common man gets sick of this and says leave it, who will waste time in all this as there is NO SOLUTION.

I too got a caller tune without any request from my side. Besides, its the cheeziest song I have ever heard.. Wonder where you chose it from and why!!.. I never asked for it. The worst part is you dnt even realize you have a caller tune unless some frenz point it out to you.. It can get very embarassing while receiving official calls.. Please take care of this is future. As of now I have sent an SMS for the CT deactivation.. I hope you process it ASAP!!!
