Reliance Communication Limited — debit from prepaid mobile balance

sir, my prepaid balance has been debited for rs 30 for my mobile no [protected] for no reason by the company. i m also not able to contact the customer care executives. it is the 9th or 10 th occassion, i m facing the same situation. please do needful to get my money back. i m very much disturbed by the harrasment caused by the company.
