[Resolved]  Reliance Communications — Re: Bad Services with employee

Dear Sir

I am Sangam Prasad Mishra (Vaps 12431) at the role of Reliance HR Services Private Limited as a sales associate working with Reliance Communication at June 2007 to May 2008, after may i have a some personal problem and i am
going to my home town and coming in September and go Mayapuri CMP NEW DELHI 110064, and give a resignation letter to Mr. Vinish Kwatra (AREA SALES MANAGER), but he says that you come after two days, three days, morning at o 10'o clock, come at the 6' clock like but he do not accept resignation.
so i talk to Mr. Vinish kwatra that please sir you tell me accurate date when you accept the resignation, so he said that i do not accept your resignation, you will do any thing which you want to do.
Not only me but also many persons who worked with reliance communication, and he give a resignation to Mr. Vinish Kwatra but Mr. Vinish Kwatra did not accept the resignation.
I am just send a mail to other but he don ‘t’ reply me so I hope that you reply me that what can I do for this.
