[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Customer care service | |||
Hi....This a SANDEEP KUMAR. I am using Reliance and my mobile no. is [protected]. from last few months I am facing a problem regarding main b/l deduction due to a service called TASAN At first RELIANCE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE is very bad as it can't be reached any time from any number always it says "This Route is busy Please try again later." But I have tried a lot & got the line and I got a response that "We can't deactivate the service you need to deactivate from your side" but The CRO can't explain the procedure to deactivate the service...& Now I called the NODAL officer but I got the same response from them also. CRO's are just redirecting from 198 to *333 in case of complain also. I don't want any VAS related service on this number I just want to use this number to CALL & SMS Its a kind request that If it is possible then PLEASE solve the problem with this number...& to improve the CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE of this company Thanks With regards SANDEEP my amail add- [protected]@yahoo.co.in Was this information helpful? | |||

This to inform you that your customer care service is very bad. They try to neglet customers complain.
I yesterday day tried to speak to the customer care executive but they just pick the call and drop it.
They don't ever care about our problem.
So I request you to please improve your interaction with consumer.
And some times it also happened that we try to call customer care number but we found it busy for hours.

your customer care service receiving the call . they say that wait 5 min and they are not giving ans till it become half n hour . . . i want my this problem solve soon
