Reliance Communications — through my cell sms not go any number

hi, my cell no is [protected]. and my complain no[protected]. presently i am in roaming in bihar. so i m face many problem. through my cell not going sms last 8 days. i am alrady sending complain in maharashtra customer care. but no any response telldate no any solution. and through my phone and bihar reliance gsm through no call go in *333,*222, also [protected]. this is bigest problem in reliance gsm.
