Reliance Communications — Debited the recharge balance with out the knowledge of customers | |||
Hi I have used reliance prepaid mobile # [protected] for roaming (TN) and here i am using post paid connection ([protected]). I have another reliance mobile for my home in Bangalore that is also prepaid connection. Usually i have recharged every month for prepaid connection. Yesterday i come to know my home # showing balance of -2.96 for that i have recharged 3 days back only. Then i called customer care regarding this balance issue and they have agreed that without intimation to the customer they have subscribed for voice chat for Rs.30/- and got reversed based on my complaint. Today i have checked my [protected] i was recharged for Rs.100/- on 19/10/2010. But now it is showing only Rs.3/- as balance without using much. Regarding this i have raised query to Reliance customer care. But they told that if any debit (with out knowledge of customer) with 3 days they complaint they will reverse or else we have to complaint reliance outlet only. For reversing this Rs.50/- if i go to reliance outlet it will take Rs.120/- for auto fare. But they told that if you want to reverse the money you have to make expenses or don’t raise complaint like that. But my concern is reliance only the subscriber they are doing (Debiting or charging) deductions this kind of way (without the knowledge of customers) especially in Bangalore. I worrying about the small customers they joined reliance only for to reduce the cost but if the public knows they are earning or fraud this way to small customers very much get affected. I want to give the awareness to public about the reliance customers. So, if any one can help me out to raise the compliant about reliance to Govt or Telecommunication.
