[Resolved] Reliance Communications — Failure in service | |||
I purchased landline phone from Reliance's franchise from Borivli East, 4 to 5 years back. Network problem was continue but ignored. Recently phone instrument was damaged completely, mother board and cabinet was broken. I tried to get contact at nearest gallery/franchise at Vile Parle east. They assured me to replace free of cost within 7 working days with request no.[protected] dated 14 or 15 of February'2011. After continue follow-up one person came and after looking broken instrument denied to replace. At another gallery with the same request no. assist me with 50% payment for new instrument but after handover the broken instrument denied completely and told to pay 100% payment against new instrument. After some time I send my younger brother with valid document to buy new instrument the gallery returned him to send the actual consumer saying that rules has changed. Till now I am suffering a lot without this landline phone. This is the fact how consumers are facing problems from the companies who spent a lot to advertise for good services and fooling consumers.
