Reliance Communications — Deactivated Outbound Calls

My Office number[protected] has been registered since November 2008. The person from Reliance Communication are calling us and intimating that your credit limit is over so kindly make the payment. They are making repetitive calls and harrasing us. We said that we are ready to pay but first we want the Invoice Copy of the month. My demand is valid but still they are not accepting it & have disconnected the outbound calls. The number is registered in family member name.
