Reliance Communications — getting offer calls in active DND

dear sir, my name is Dhanesh soni and mobile no.[protected].I had activated DND after many efforts in 2 months on date 25th jan 2009.But i am still getting promotion and ringtone and other offer calls from RELIANCE various numbers daily.I complained to *333 regarding that they want 15 days time again to solve that Problem.My father is old and sick these days.he felt very uneasy and Disturb by these unwanted calls.please give me a fast and active solution..DATE 27.01.2009
